These T&C are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with both parties waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
